Pay what you can
Throughout my journey of yoga and spreading wellness on thought that sticks out to me is this - yoga is for EVERYONE. I will share a quote with you from the Philosophy of Yoga by Aadil Palkhivala:
"Yoga is not about the shape of your body. It is about the shape of your life. It is not to be performed, it is to be lived. Yoga does not care about what you have been, but the person you are becoming. Yoga is designed for a vast and profound purpose, and for it to truly to be called Yoga, its essence must be embodied."
We are living through very difficult times, with several people having lost their livelihoods and others being in a constant state of fear. Because of this, yoga is necessary, not only for your health and well-being, but to create a sense of bliss, relaxation and reassurance that we will all get through these times. Yoga is about union, making a connection through giving and receiving, and through whatever amount you are comfortable paying, a certain portion goes to supporting local charities and individuals who are struggling to get through these times.
Payment is done through Venmo @bill-ades. Please specify in the comments the class of your choice from the list below, along with your email so I can send you the Zoom link.
